Brittany has nearly 25 years of experience in the field of education as a teacher, principal, instructional leader, non-profit executive, policy advocate and school improvement consultant. She facilitated the development of hundreds of educators to build systems of instructional improvement. Brittany is passionate about giving school leaders concrete tools and strategies that move the needle for their students. She believes in strong literacy outcomes FOR ALL.

Sarah Scott Frank, OpenLiteracy’s founder, has twenty five years of experience in the field of education, working as a teacher, teacher educator, professor of reading, consultant, and instructional designer, including online and in person learning experiences. Sarah has taught at universities across the United States including the University of Michigan, University of Pittsburgh, Duke University, and Wayne State University. Sarah’s innovative teacher education work has been featured in the Journal of Teacher Education and she has been awarded teaching awards from the New Jersey State Department of Education and the University of Pittsburgh.
